First off, *ALL* injectors are "drilled", unless you use a water jet.
The difference is that a manufacturer that uses a 100% QA'ed good injector actually pays attention to what they are doing, does real R&D work and has a consistent product.

redrills are all kinds of fucked up. inconsistent drilling angles/sizes, lack of deburring as shown in the OP's photo, and just as bad - lackluster flow-matching.

Get injectors from a reputable manufacturer, always, period.

Going side feed? Nismo
Going top feed? Injector Dynamics

Everything else is a crapshoot.
